ANKYRA...
The spelling isn’t incorrect, this is the name of Ankara
in history…The history goes back till the Hatti-sherif
civilization in the Bronze Age. At the 3rd century before
Christ, the city was accepted as capital by Galatians.
Ankara was the little city of Hittites era. At B.C. 25,
the emperor Augustus conjoined the city to Rome empire
together with Galatia Kingdom. In 1127, the city became
belonging to Turks. And the name was given as Enguriye.
In 1402, the city stayed under the sovereignity of Mongolian
during Ankara war for a short period of time. In 1414,
it entered into the sovereignity of the Otoman comunity
again. During the Turkish War of Independence Ankara became
the central basis. In 1923 it became the capital city…
Everyone agrees that Ankara is a well-arranged and modern
city, and the reason for this is based on at that time
the architects coming from Europe. As time passed, Ankara
became the city of government employees, university students
as well as senior executives. During a certain period
Ankara has made a difference of being the capital city
of Turkish Republic, but after the components which feeds
the social life has been moved into the city, Ankara
returned to have a quite different aspect. Also the increase
in young population has caused the opening of localities
which refreshens the social life. Cinemas, modern cafes
and new shopping centers have transformed the city from
being only a capital city to a complete metropol.
As a matter of fact, the requirement
of residences increases. Becoming the center of fascination,
increasing population causes increase in the number of
residential projects. Lately, Ballıkuyumcu Houses Project
is a result of these progresses which is also one of most
popular constructional projects of Ankara city. Greater
Municipality of Ankara and the firm of Çevtaş Çevre Teknolojisi
A.Ş from İstanbul city came together with an aggrement
of 72 percentage and 28 percentage of construction project
of Ballıkuyumcu which is defined as a new town on Eskişehir
road.
